1. Who we are

theunitedsky.com is operated by The United Sky Travel LLC trading as The United Sky, an independent Online Travel Agency. We are not an airline, we do not operate aircraft, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to United Airlines or any other carrier. Airline names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2. Our role

We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines and travel suppliers who actually provide the transportation. Your contract of carriage is with the operating airline and is governed by that airline's conditions of carriage and fare rules. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbookings or insolvency of any supplier.

3. Prices and availability

• Fares shown on this website are indicative, sourced from recent bookings and supplier data, and are not an offer to sell at that price.
• Airfare inventory changes continuously. A fare is only secured once the ticket is issued.
• If a price is displayed in error, or a fare is no longer available when we attempt to ticket, we will contact you with the correct price and you may cancel at no cost.
• Quoted totals include our service fee, which is disclosed separately before you pay.

4. Booking accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — passenger names must match government-issued photo ID exactly. Check your confirmation as soon as it arrives and report any discrepancy immediately. Costs arising from incorrect details supplied to us are your responsibility.

5. Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid identification, passports, visas, transit permits and any health documentation required by your destination and any country you transit. As of the current REAL ID enforcement rules, domestic US air travel requires a REAL ID-compliant licence or another accepted federal ID. Airlines deny boarding to passengers without valid documents, and such denials are not refundable.

6. Payment

Payment is taken only after an agent has confirmed the itinerary, the total price and the fare rules with you. The cardholder must authorize the transaction. We may request verification documents for fraud prevention, and we reserve the right to cancel a booking where verification cannot be completed.

7. Changes, cancellations and refunds

These are governed by our Change Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any booking is limited to the service fee we charged for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including missed connections, lost earnings or non-refundable arrangements made with third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and baggage. Where insurance is arranged through us, the insurer's policy terms apply.

10. Website use

You may not use automated systems to scrape, harvest or overload this website, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or reproduce site content without permission. All site content is our property or licensed to us.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Please contact us first — the overwhelming majority of disputes are resolved in a single phone call.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it.
